Hey,
I'm Liam Mills
I’m a Registered Graphic Designer (RGD), Artist, Musician, and all around creative, with over 15 years of professional experience working with a wide variety of industries and services.
As a team player and strategic and logical thinker balanced with a wildly creative side, I love working with others to help solve challenges.
Being creative has always been the driving force of my lifestyle for as long as I can remember, and I’ve been fortunate enough to have the opportunities to turn my passions into my full-time career.
I’ve been a visual artist since I was a kid, and have been writing and making music for about half my life.
I’m a never-ending learner, continually seeking opportunities to expand my knowledge and help others grow along the way.
As a well rounded, multi-faceted creative, I’ve had the opportunity to provide effective graphic/web design solutions as a freelance designer, in-house designer, and as an agency designer for a wide variety of industries and clients/partners. I have professional experience in directing, branding, strategy, messaging, accessible design, print, digital, package design, web design, web development, UX/UI design, photography, video, 2D animation,
and more.
Outside of graphic design, I’ve also worked in the special events industry, helping create an award winning, internationally recognized art event, as well as leading the teams behind its production. When I’m not working, I’m usually painting or creating music. I’m an advocate for everything creative, volunteering for public speaking opportunities about art and design, and have served as Co-Chair and HR Chair for the Board of Directors for Modern Fuel Artist Run Centre in Kingston Ontario.
I've also been fortunate enough to get to work together with, and lead some award winning teams.
